There are many people in our country who do not know the history behind our flag.
Many do not know or understand the election process.
Many do not know or understand the Constitution.
When we are not willing to commit time for research and gain an understanding of what it means to be an "American," ...there is a saying and none more accurate...if we are not part of the solution, then we have to be part of the problem.
We do not have the right to enjoy and participate in all the freedoms and give nothing back. Freedom is not "free," someone fights for, dies for, has their life and livelihood forever changed for our freedoms.
Our time is one of great unrest, doubt, fear, and hurt.
We have to be the change we wish to see; we have to be willing to stand up to things that work against our freedoms...let no man or government instill the fear of using our voice.
